How to shoot a Hanging Scene- Ideas

Here we have thought of an idea of how we can shoot one of the scenes we have drawn out on our story board. Although we are having second thoughts about this scene, we thought that this would be a good way of shooting someone being hanged. If we take a close up or a mid-shot of just the bottom half of the legs it makes it look like someone has hanged their selves. The actress will be bare foot so it adds more of a scary effect.
